Sayard Gilmour has over 14 years of experience in the aviation and technical customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Pricing & Commercial Services Specialist at Canadian North since February 2022, Sayard previously held roles at MDA as a Technical Customer Service Representative and at First Air as a Commercial Analyst, Customer Service Coordinator, and Customer Service Representative.
