Steve Boone

Steve Boone has extensive experience in safety management, security, and emergency response. Currently serving as Director of System Safety at Canadian North since September 2016, Steve also manages Corporate Security and Emergency Response for the airline. Previous roles include Manager of Quality Assurance and Risk and Senior Auditor at Suncor Energy from April 2012 to August 2016, as well as earlier positions at Canadian North, including Director of System Safety and Maintenance Controller. Additionally, Steve worked as a Maintenance Controller at Jazz Aviation LP from January 1998 to September 2003. Steve holds education credentials from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT).
