David Foley

David Foley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy, mining, and power sectors. Currently serving as General Manager, PMO Director, and Head of Cost Estimating at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories since August 2018, David has also been the Managing Principal at NovoTempus since November 2002, focusing on strategic positioning and business execution excellence. Prior roles include Market Director for Energy and Natural Resources at KLJ, Operations Manager at CH2M, and various leadership positions at Jacobs and the ITER Organization. David's educational background includes a degree in Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
