Chad Fernandez, M.Sc.

Chad Fernandez, M.Sc. has a wealth of experience in the research and solutions industry. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Student Teacher at Sir John A. Macdonald Secondary School, helping to administer standardized tests and teaching students with varying levels of developmental challenges and cognitive ability. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Iowa State University as a Graduate Research Manager, conducting primary research and managing a research lab. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Account Manager and Research Analyst at Ipsos, responsible for experimental design, questionnaire development, data quality monitoring, data analysis, and writing and presentation of reports. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Solutions Manager and Senior Market Research Scientist at Perksy, where they have served as project lead for expansion into a new vertical and conducted user research, analyses, projections, feasibility, and costing for all projects within the new vertical.

Chad Fernandez, M.Sc. began their educational journey in 2008 when they attended the University of Waterloo, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology in 2012. Chad then went on to Iowa State University, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Cognitive Psychology in 2016. In 2013, they also obtained a certification in Protecting Human Research Participants from the National Institutes of Health.
