Trina Meloche

Director, HR Governance & Workplace Culture at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories

Trina Meloche has a diverse work experience, starting as an Investigation Specialist at the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario from 2007 to 2012. Following this, they were the Owner/Investigator of TM Investigations from 2012 to 2015. Trina then worked as an Investigator at the Office of the Integrity Commissioner from 2016 to 2021. Currently, they hold various roles at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, including HR Governance and Compliance Specialist from 2021 to 2022, HR Governance & Compliance Manager from 2022 to 2023, and currently serves as the Director, HR Governance & Workplace Culture from May 2023. Trina's work has focused on promoting integrity, respect, and employee engagement, along with leading initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Trina Meloche completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2005. Trina then pursued Court and Tribunal Agent studies at Durham College from 2005 to 2007, followed by ADR and Mediation coursework in 2007. Additionally, Trina has obtained various certifications including a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2021 and a Certified DEIB Specialist designation from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR in 2023. Trina also holds a Paralegal certification from the Law Society of Ontario in 2008.
