April Dojcak

April Dojcak is currently the Director of Doctor Engagement at Canadian Orthodontic Partners. Prior to that, April was the Practice Lead in Dental Recruiting at Prodent Search Inc. and held the position of Operations and Human Resources Team Leader at Yazdani Family Dentistry. With a background in managing operational systems, recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, and overseeing relationships with internal and external entities, April brings a wealth of experience to their role. In their previous role as Corporate Manager at Dr. C. Croll Dental Corp., April recruited, trained, and led teams, managed venue operations, maintained accounting books, conducted research for innovation, and orchestrated promotional campaigns for business growth.
