Heather Wood

Heather Wood, IPMA-ACP, currently serves as Total Rewards Manager at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer since October 2022. Previous experience includes roles at the Government of Saskatchewan from August 2015 to September 2022, where Heather held positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager, Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, and Human Resource Consultant. Heather's earlier career included serving as Physician Recruitment and Retention Consultant at Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region from December 2013 to August 2015 and as Human Resource Director at the Canadian Cancer Society from August 2008 to December 2013. Earlier responsibilities in human resources were undertaken at Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region between 2005 and 2008, including roles as Supervisor of the Employee Service Centre and Executive Assistant to the VP of Human Resources. Heather Wood is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Regina, alongside holding a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
