Carmen Schoenmetz

Carmen Schoenmetz has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Carmen currently holds the position of Chief Growth Officer at the Canadian Physiotherapy Association since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at leap tools where they served as the Head of People & Culture from May 2022 to June 2023 and as the Chief of Staff from February 2022 to June 2023. Carmen also held multiple positions at the Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited, including Vice President of Business Operations Nanotechnology from May 2019 to December 2021, Program Director of Canadian Banknotes from February 2015 to April 2019, and Director of Quality Assurance from November 2013 to January 2015. Carmen has also worked as the Manager of Production Excellence at Giesecke & Devrient from October 2007 to October 2013, as the Business Development Manager at Musashi Europe GmbH from November 2006 to September 2007, and as a Quality Engineer at MAN Nutzfahrzeuge AG from April 2004 to October 2006.

Carmen Schoenmetz earned a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Business from Technical University Aalen between 1999 and 2004.
