Matthew Keller

Matthew Keller is an experienced analyst with a strong background in economic research and analysis, currently serving as an Analyst at CRTC since May 2020. Matthew has conducted research on technical aspects of the sector, analyzed policy issues, and prepared analytical documents for management.
