Matthew Tosaj has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance & International Business from Concordia University and a Master of Communication degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Ottawa. Currently working at CRTC since July 2012, Matthew has held various titles including Senior Manager, Strategic Research & Outreach - Telecom, and Manager, Telecom Policy. Prior to that, Matthew held positions at Kitco Metals Inc. as a Shipper/Customer Service Representative, Les Amusements Airbounce as a Team Lead, École Secondaire de la Cité-des-Jeunes as a Teacher, Ratihen:te High School as a Teacher, and Ipsos Reid as a Research Analyst.
