Al Wickheim is an experienced professional with a diverse career spanning over several decades in healthcare, emergency management, and hospitality. As the President and Owner of Prodaptive Medical Innovations Ltd. since 2009, Al has contributed to the development of innovative medical devices aimed at enhancing infection control. Al serves as a member of the Advisory Planning Commission, providing insights on land use issues, and holds a position as Coroner with BCCS, advocating for the deceased. In emergency management, Al coordinates community self-sustainability initiatives with the Juan de Fuca Emergency Management Program. Additionally, as Owner/Operator of The Wilderquest Adventure Company, Al offers premium accommodations in a natural setting. With extensive experience as an ALS Paramedic, Al possesses deep knowledge of pre-hospital care and emergency response.
