Bita Jarrah

Bita Jarrah is an accomplished UX and service designer with extensive experience in user experience and interface design. Currently serving as a Senior UX Strategist and Senior User Experience Designer at the Canadian Red Cross since August 2019, Bita focuses on the development and enhancement of a centralized Emergency Management Information System (EMIS) by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal user-centered design. Previous roles include Senior UX Designer at BlueHat Marketing, where Bita directed the design of web and mobile applications, and User Interface Designer positions at CINCO, Delmar International Inc., and KamNic Inc., contributing expertise in end-to-end design processes and visual communications. Bita holds multiple certifications in UX Design and workplace communication, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design.
