Adeel Dosani

Adeel Dosani is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in asset management and accounting. Currently serving as the Director of Global Asset Management and O&M Accounting at Canadian Solar Inc. since April 2017, Adeel has held various roles including Associate Director and Accounting Controller. Previously, Adeel owned and operated Dosani Consulting Inc. from July 2013 to April 2018, providing audit, financial analysis, and compliance services, including preparation of Prospectus and MD&A for IPO purposes. Adeel's career also includes valuable experience at PwC from January 2006 to June 2013, where responsibilities included leading audit teams, preparing accounting adjustments for IFRS and ASPE conversion, and assessing IT General Controls. Adeel holds the CPA, CA designation and a Bachelor's Honors degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
