Kerina Lim

Kerina Lim is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior HR Manager for the APAC region at Canadian Solar Inc. since December 2022, Kerina previously held positions including HR Manager at Zilliqa and Blis, where responsibilities encompassed compliance with employment laws and providing HR support across regions. Prior roles include Senior HR Consultant at Pontoon Solutions, supporting Microsoft Singapore, and positions in administrative and HR functions at AAM Advisory Pte Ltd and NES Global Talent. Kerina holds a Specialist Diploma in Human Resource Management from Nanyang Polytechnic and a Diploma in Business Administration from Kaplan Higher Institute Singapore.
