Masanobu Kato

Masanobu Kato currently serves as the Head of HR for Japan and Australia at Waters Corporation since January 2023. Previously, Masanobu held the position of HR Business Partner at Amazon Web Services from April 2022 to October 2022 and worked as a People Business Partner & Delivery Lead at Ericsson from June 2019 to March 2022. Prior experience includes serving as HR Leader for Boeing in Japan from February 2016 to March 2019 and various roles at PerkinElmer, including HR Manager and Senior HR Generalist, from June 2010 to January 2016. Masanobu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from GLOBIS University (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Human Services with a Minor in International Studies from Lyndon State College (2001-2005).
