Jonathan Lasnier, PhD, CMPC, HPC, currently serves as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant® at the Canadian Centre for Mental Health and Sport, alongside roles with multiple national sports organizations such as Canoe Kayak Canada, Canada Soccer, Swimming Canada, and the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario. With extensive experience in mental performance consulting since 2017, Jonathan also held an interim leadership position at Own The Podium and served Speed Skating Canada until early 2023. In academia, Jonathan has been a teaching assistant, part-time professor, and proctor at the University of Ottawa, contributing to various sport psychology courses. Jonathan holds a PhD in Human Kinetics with a focus on sport psychology, a Master’s in Intervention and Consultation, and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, all from esteemed Canadian institutions.
