Cynthia Wong

Cynthia Wong is an accomplished digital technology executive with extensive experience in product management and digital transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Technology at Canadian Tire Corporation since September 2019, Cynthia previously held the position of Associate Vice President of Digital Product Management within the same organization. At Indigo, from October 2017 to September 2019, Cynthia successfully built a new team of Product Managers and implemented the OKR framework, overseeing significant initiatives such as mobile app redesign and the introduction of a paid loyalty program. Earlier in their career at TELUS, Cynthia held various managerial roles, focusing on digital solutions and eCommerce platforms, contributing to cost efficiency and customer engagement. Cynthia holds a B.A.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a registered Professional Engineer in Ontario.
