Joel Purificacion

Joel Purificacion possesses extensive experience in network and security operations within the telecommunications and enterprise infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Network and Security Operations at Canadian Tire Corporation since March 2018, Joel has held multiple leadership positions within the organization, including Team Lead for Network and Security Operations and Team Lead for Network Delivery. Prior experience includes roles at FGL Sports Ltd as Team Lead for Enterprise Network Services and at Baker Hughes as an Enterprise Network Engineer. Additional positions held span from Circuit Designer II and Network Analyst III at Shaw Communications to various roles in telecommunications management at Arab National Bank, including Deputy Manager of the Telecommunications Department. Joel began the professional journey at ADCOMS International Inc. as a Senior Datacommunications Engineer. An alumnus of Mapúa University, Joel earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
