Sindy Portillo

Sindy Portillo has extensive experience in production and inventory management, currently serving as the Inventory Team Lead at Canadian Tire Corporation since July 2018. Prior to this, Sindy held multiple managerial roles at Apotex Inc. from August 2006 to March 2018, including Production Operations Manager, where Sindy managed large teams in high-demand environments, improved production processes, and led safety initiatives. Sindy successfully implemented training programs, coached staff, and analyzed departmental performance to enhance productivity and compliance. Sindy holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Ryerson University, earned in 2006.
