Cynthia Jolly

Cynthia Jolly has a diverse work experience starting in 2002 as the Chief of Marketing, Web and Design at the Office of the Secretary to the Governor General. In 2017, they joined itSMF Canada as the VP Web Services, and later that year, they moved to Innovation, Science and Economic Development / Innovation, Sciences et Développement économique as the Team Lead, Web Services. In 2018, they became the Communications Manager at the Canadian Transportation Agency, and recently in June 2021, they were promoted to the role of Director of Communications at the same agency.

Cynthia Jolly completed their Bachelor's degree in Urban Development and Tourism from Western University, attended from 1987 to 1992. Cynthia then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing from Queen's University, studying from 1998 to 2000.
