Richard Neufeld

Richard Neufeld has held various leadership roles in different companies and organizations. Currently, Richard serves as the 2nd Vice President at Canadian Union of Postal Workers and is part of the National Human Rights Committee. In addition, Richard is involved in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion through the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee at Canada Post. Richard also has experience as a Visual Communications Expert at FASTSIGNS and as the Owner of New Field Communications, where Richard helps businesses with social media strategies. Throughout their career, Richard has demonstrated a commitment to positive change and community involvement through volunteering at organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters Windsor-Essex.
