Blain Morin

Blain Morin has extensive experience in labor relations and worker safety, currently serving as the National Health and Safety Representative for the Canadian Union of Public Employees since July 1998, focusing on promoting awareness and activism regarding workers' rights to a safe workplace. Previously, Morin held the position of National Representative, engaging in tribunals, arbitration, collective bargaining, and addressing grievances. Additional experience includes serving as a Member of Provincial Parliament at Queens Park from October 1998 to June 2000 and working for the City of Sudbury from June 1985 to July 2001. Blain Morin holds a degree in Agricultural Technology with a focus on Animal Sciences from New Liskeard College of Agriculture Technology and completed secondary education at Garson Falconbridge Secondary School, graduating in 1978.
