Brian Spellman

Brian Spellman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in treasury funding and cash management. Currently serving as Senior AVP at Canadian Western Bank since May 2016, Brian is responsible for managing and executing funding transactions through various channels including securitization and capital market instruments. Previously, as Senior Manager at Perpetual Limited from October 2003 to April 2016, Brian focused on the documentation and identification of obligations within debt programs, while also assessing risks. Early career roles included fund accountant at BNY Mellon and senior shareholder adviser at Computershare. Brian holds a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Edinburgh and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from Kaplan.
