Mary Novak is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in payroll management and employee benefits. As the Sr. HR & Payroll Manager at Canal Alliance since June 2022, Mary has demonstrated expertise in overseeing HR and payroll functions. Prior to this role, Mary served as the Benefits & Leave Manager at Lifehouse Agency from October 2021 to June 2022 and gained experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at both Radiology Partners and Lifehouse Agency. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Women's Studies from Dartmouth College, completed in 2009.
