Jesus Plaza Rubio

Jesus Plaza Rubio has over three decades of experience in information technology and project management. Since January 2008, Jesus has served as Jefe de Área de Planificación y Control TIC at Canal de Isabel II, leading the 3PMO and overseeing the development of IT governance. Prior roles at Canal de Isabel II Ente Público included Jefe de Proyectos in the Technology Information Department and the Applied Technology Department. Jesus also held project management positions at AT&T, focusing on consulting and application development in engineering and production, and worked as an Analyst-Programmer at Investigaciones Ciberneticas, SA, developing geographic information systems. Jesus holds a Graduado Superior in Ingeniería Informática from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha and an Ingeniero Técnico in Informática de Gestión from Universidad de Extremadura.
