Jose Luis Auger has extensive experience in business analysis, European project management, and engineering. Currently serving as the Responsable de Análisis de Negocio at Canal de Isabel II since March 2003, Jose Luis Auger conducts market studies to ensure alignment between contracted services and market offerings before tender announcements. Additionally, Jose Luis Auger manages European co-financed projects, specifically in the area of Cohesion and FEDER funding. Prior to Canal de Isabel II, Jose Luis Auger worked as an Ingeniero de diseño electrónico at Inspira, SL, and as Gerente general at CYGNUS INGENIERÍA S.L., focusing on telecommunications projects and electronic design.
