Paul Green

Paul Greene is an accomplished legal and claims management professional with extensive experience in the insurance and litigation sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Claims Officer at Canal Insurance Company since May 2016, Greene has previously held roles including Assistant Vice President of the Complex Case Unit and Staff Counsel for Coverage. Prior to joining Canal Insurance, Greene practiced as a Business and Commercial Litigation Attorney at Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A., where the focus was on construction litigation and insurance coverage analysis. Greene began a career in public service as a Legislative Assistant for Congressman Jim McCrery. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources from The University of the South.
