Joshua Fellows

Joshua Fellows currently serves as an Information Governance Assistant at Canal & River Trust, where responsibilities include supporting compliance with the Freedom Of Information Act, Environmental Information Regulations, UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018. Joshua has a background in information governance, having previously held the position of Information Governance Administrator at the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Data Protection Case Administrator at Jurys Inn Hotel Group, handling Subject Access Requests and supporting the Data Protection Officer. Joshua also worked as an Operations Supervisor and Reservations Quality Control Agent, managing teams and improving customer satisfaction. Joshua holds a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in IT from Halesowen College.
