Rick Welch

Rick Welch is an experienced sales professional in the beverage and communications industries, currently serving as the California State Sales Manager at Founders Brewing Co. since June 2022. Previously, Rick held various sales leadership positions at Green Flash Brewing Co., including Sales Director and Regional Sales Manager. Prior experience includes account management roles at CenturyLink and Level 3 Communications, as well as a significant tenure at Anheuser-Busch InBev, where Rick advanced through various managerial roles overseeing key accounts and wholesaler relationships in multiple states. Rick began a career in sales with Pepsi Cola Bottling Co. and also has a background in public relations from Cooper Communications. Rick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Pepperdine University.
