Stephen Fife

Stephen Fife, SCMP, has extensive experience in procurement and operations management within the steel industry. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Procurement at Canam since February 2006, Stephen supports manufacturing sites in steel procurement for joists and decks. Prior to this role, Stephen was the Operations Manager at Canam, overseeing safety, quality, and customer experience for the Calgary facility, while coaching and mentoring a team of 150 employees. Stephen's career also includes significant roles at Trotter and Morton from 2003 to 2006, where responsibilities included estimation and project management for ornamental steel construction, and Wemas Metal Products from 2000 to 2003 as Shop Foreman and Operations Manager. Stephen holds the SCMP designation in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Supply Chain Canada, and has completed additional education at École d'Entrepreneurship de Beauce and the University of Calgary.
