Deborah Cragg

Deborah Cragg has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to information security and project management. Their most recent position was as the SVP & Chief Information Security Officer at Canandaigua National Bank & Trust, where they are currently employed. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Security Consultant and Project Manager at Ciber Global. Prior to that, Deborah held positions at Conduent and Xerox, where they focused on information security management and analysis. Additionally, they worked at VoltDelta as a Quality/Security Compliance Analyst and Technical Support Team Leader, and at Nortel Networks as a Database Support Engineer.

Deborah Cragg obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from SUNY Brockport. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM) Level V and the Certified Vendor Management Program Risk Assessor (C-VMPRA) from the Compliance Education Institute, LLC in May 2022. Deborah also holds the GIAC Strategic Planning, Policy, and Leadership (GSTRT) certification from the GIAC Certifications obtained in November 2021. Deborah further holds the Certified In Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) from ISACA obtained in May 2021 and August 2020, respectively. Deborah also has the Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA obtained in July 2020. Deborah holds the ITILv3 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice obtained in October 2017. Deborah obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in May 2017. Deborah also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute obtained in August 2016. Deborah's earlier certifications include Microsoft Certified Professional received in 2006 and the RAB Certified TL9000/ISO9000 Internal Auditor certification from the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB). Deborah also has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
