Michelle Pedzich

Michelle Pedzich started their work experience in 1998 as a Compliance Officer at Howe and Rusling, Inc. Michelle then moved on to become a Human Resources Manager at LaBella Associates, P.C. in 2004. In 2008, they joined HR Works, Inc. as the Director of Compliance. Michelle Pedzich is currently working at Canandaigua National Bank & Trust, where they have held several roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

Michelle Pedzich earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from SUNY Geneseo from 1990 to 1994. Michelle later pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Michelle obtained certifications such as SHRM-SCP from SHRM in December 2014 and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014.
