Ritesh has been with the Company since June 2011. In his current capacity as Head-Business Performance management, he is responsible for monitoring of key performance metrics, Project Management, Quality Assurance & Process Improvement and Public relations. In his last role he was part of Finance team, heading Treasury vertical overseeing bank relations, Investment Risk Management and Investment accounting.

He has rich experience of more than 15 years, of which 13 years are with the insurance industry and has worked with Birla Sun Life Insurance and Reliance Life Insurance, before joining the Company. He holds a masters degree in business administration from University of Technology, Sydney and is a commerce graduate from University of Madras.
