Nitin Sharma is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Canary Hiring Technologies since February 2025, Nitin drives technological vision and strategy for AI-powered workforce management solutions. Previously, as Chief Delivery Officer and Co-founder at Kaara, Nitin focused on operational excellence and project execution in the IT services sector. Nitin co-founded DeMeNew Tech Pvt. Ltd., where a pioneering mobile-first Restaurant Management System was developed, serving over 800 restaurants. Nitin also served as CEO and Co-founder of Grarri, facilitating e-commerce for traditional shops. Prior to entrepreneurial ventures, Nitin held multiple pivotal positions at Microsoft from June 2010 to March 2017, leading engineering teams and projects to enhance customer satisfaction and drive innovation in cloud and mobile technology.
