Customer Success Manager at Canary Technologies

Melissa Fairchild has held several positions in customer success management. Melissa began their career at Drift in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager, Partner Success Manager, and Customer Advocate. In 2021, they moved to Force Management as a Customer Success Manager. Currently, they are working at Canary Technologies as a Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they also held a position as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University.

Melissa Fairchild obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Yale University between 2014 and 2018. Melissa then went on to obtain a Master of Science in International/Global Studies from Northeastern University between 2018 and 2019. In addition, they have obtained two certifications from Drift, one in Conversational Sales Certified in February 2020 and another in Conversational Marketing Certified in October 2019.
