Montserrat Pladevall

Montserrat Pladevall has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they were an Assistant to the Chief of Staff of the Chancellor at the Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores República Dominicana. In 2018, they were a Community Affairs at Office of Congressman Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) at the U.S. House of Representatives and a Product & Engineering at the Embassy of the Dominican Republic in the Kingdom of Spain. In 2019, they were a Revenue & Sales Operations at Dataminr and a Teaching Assistant for Introduction to Computer Science and Java Programming and a Teaching Assistant for Computing in Context at Columbia University. Currently, they are a Software Engineer and Customer Operations at Canary Technologies and an Analyst at Y Combinator.

Montserrat Pladevall attended Columbia University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, and Political Science. They also participated in the Debate and Rhetoric Program at Cornell University's Industrial and Labor Relations School.
