Tom Wiltshire

Tom Wiltshire has extensive experience in human resources, workplace relations, and safety management. Currently serving as Senior Manager People (Employment) at Cancer Council Queensland since April 2018, Tom previously held positions including Partner at Engagei2i and Chairman of the Board at Hand Heart Pocket, the charity of Freemasons Queensland. From 2014 to 2016, Tom was Executive General Manager People & Safety at CS Energy, where a significant focus was on creating a sustainable safety culture and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additional experience includes roles as Portfolio Director at Aurizon and National Manager Organisational Capability at QR. Tom's academic background includes a degree from Queensland University of Technology and secondary education at Brisbane State High School.
