Kathryn Bellion Gaicd

Kathryn Bellion GAICD is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for Cancer Council Victoria since June 2022 and holding the position of Executive Director, People & Development at King & Wood Mallesons since September 2014, Kathryn is focused on evolving HR practices and delivering innovative people solutions. Previous positions include HR leadership roles at Australia and New Zealand Banking Group and Murdoch Childrens Research Institute, where significant contributions were made to employee relations and people management. Kathryn holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Commerce from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, along with various professional development certifications.
