Lori Borgerding, MBA has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. From 2000 to 2013, they worked at Priority Health, where they served as the Director of Revenue Cycle and later as the Senior Manager of Business Reporting & Automation. In these roles, they led operational teams, managed budgets, and implemented process improvements that resulted in significant cost savings and increased efficiency.

In 2017, Lori joined PNC as the Vice President, Operations Senior Manager. Lori managed a team of project managers, negotiated with payers for direct connections with the clearinghouse, and oversaw the enrollment of providers for electronic submissions. Lori'sleadership was instrumental in receiving the 2020 Celent Model Bank Award for automating enrollment processes and achieving a 711% improvement in cycle time.
