Emily Goren

Emily Goren is a seasoned biostatistician currently serving as a Senior Biostatistician at Cancer Research And Biostatistics (CRAB) since October 2022. With prior experience as a Senior Biostatistician II at Seagen and a Data and Applied Scientist II at Microsoft, Emily has developed an extensive background in statistical modeling, data analysis, and research decision science. Notable achievements include providing statistical oversight for global health forecasting at the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation and validating Bayesian approaches for clinical trial safety monitoring at Merck. Emily holds a PhD in Statistics from Iowa State University and has also gained valuable teaching and research experience at various academic institutions and healthcare organizations.
