Antonia O'Neill

Antonia O'Neill is currently serving as a Sustainability Programme Manager at Cancer Research UK since September 2025. Prior to this role, Antonia was the National Sustainability and Innovation Manager at Kuehne+Nagel from September 2017 to October 2025, where responsibilities included embedding sustainability strategies into the UK business and defining action plans for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Antonia also drove cultural change initiatives within the company, training over 2000 colleagues and coaching leaders. Earlier positions at Kuehne+Nagel included operational support roles and first line management in transport and warehouse settings. Antonia began professional experience as a Summer Intern at Kuehne+Nagel and served as a Peer Assisted Learning Mentor at Goldsmiths, University of London, where Antonia earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with Management.
