Michela Perani

Michela Perani is a seasoned professional in business development and project management, currently serving as a Business Development Executive within the BD team at Cancer Research UK (CRUK) since October 2016. Michela has held several titles at CRUK, including Business Development Manager and Project Development Manager, focusing on commercial partnerships. Prior to CRUK, Michela worked as a Commercial Project Executive during a secondment at King's Commercialisation Institute and has extensive research experience as a Senior Research Fellow and Research Associate at King's College London. Additionally, Michela served as a Scientific Officer at The Institute of Cancer Research. Academically, Michela holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from The Institute of Cancer Research and several degrees in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from University of Greenwich and Università di Pavia.
