Jens Petersen

Jens Petersen is an experienced press secretary with a strong background in political communication. Currently serving as Pressekreterare at Cancerfonden since October 2019, Jens previously held similar roles in the Swedish government, working with ministers Lena Hallengren and Helene Hellmark Knutsson from December 2016 to February 2019. Jens also gained valuable experience as a Politisk sekreterare in Uppsala kommun and Sundbybergs stad, where responsibilities included coordinating press efforts and developing communication strategies. Early career roles include a position as Ledningssekreterare at Stockholms universitets studentkår and a barista role at Sosta Espressobar. Jens holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Stockholm University.
