Claudia Ade has extensive experience in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Trainees & Talents at CANCOM since October 2011, after progressing from roles as Manager and Assistant in the same field. Prior to CANCOM, Claudia's career included positions as a Referentin at VdAK Niedersachsen from April 1995 to November 2003 and as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at Leibniz Universität Hannover from April 1990 to March 1995. Claudia Ade holds a Diplom in Verwaltungswissenschaften from the University of Konstanz, earned between 1983 and 1989, and has further education from The University of Texas at Austin.
