Ján Sedlák

Ján Sedlák is a Collaboration Engineer at CANCOM since December 2019, specializing in Cisco technologies, including CUCM, IMP, and cloud solutions, as well as Microsoft Teams and Poly products. Previous experience includes an ICT Administrator II role at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia, where Ján worked on a global SD-WAN solution and supported both Linux and Windows server environments. Ján also held roles as an Order Manager in Voice, processing and configuring customer orders in Cisco Unified Call Manager, and as an ICT Operator in a 24/7 NOC, where proactive monitoring of incidents was a key responsibility. Beginning in September 2015, Ján completed an internship at AT&T, following a high school education in Information and Network Technologies at Stredná odborná škola Ostrovského 1 in Košice.
