Mary Cole has worked in the recruitment industry since 2008. Mary began their career at Pontoon Solutions as a Recruitment Lead, where they were a Regional Recruiter for AMS Specialized in IT recruiting. Mary then moved to Manpower in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and full life cycle Technical Recruiter with experience interviewing and placing IT Professionals for Resource 1's major clients. Mary then joined CanCon Group in 2014, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Mary placed FT and contingent IT professionals, and placed 3-5 candidates a month with a 24-48 hour candidate submittal.
Mary Cole attended New York University from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Mary also holds a Certified Recruitment Analyst certification.
