Lucy Emery

Lucy Emery has a extensive work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Lucy started their career as a Broadcast Journalist at the BBC in 2002 and then worked as a Media Relations Manager at LV= from 2003 to 2009. Lucy later joined Ageas in the UK, where they held roles such as Consumer Communications Manager and UK PR Manager. In 2018, they joined William Grant & Sons as a Senior Communications Manager before being promoted to the role of Senior PR, Events & Advocacy Manager. Currently, they are working as the Head of Communications at C&C Group.

Lucy Emery obtained a BA degree in Human Geography from Queen Mary University of London, which they attended from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a MA degree in Multi-Media Journalism from Bournemouth University, completing their studies in 2002. In 2004, Lucy obtained a Professional Diploma from Bournemouth and Poole College in the field of study Chartered Institute of Marketing. Prior to their university education, they attended Parkstone Grammar School from 1992 to 1998. Lucy also holds a certification as a Mental Health First Aider, obtained from MHFA England® in June 2023.
