Jane Fischer

Jane Fischer is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and colleague engagement, currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications and Colleague Engagement at Marsh McLennan since June 2015. Prior to this role, Jane worked as an Editorial Manager and served as a Public Relations and Marketing Consultant on a freelance basis from March 2014 to June 2015. Jane's earlier career includes a position as a Commandista at Ideon Inc. and a Communications Assistant role at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery. Additionally, Jane gained experience as a Development Consultant at Human Rights First. An alumna of Wellesley College, Jane holds an AB degree in Art History and Italian Studies, completing studies from 2004 to 2008.
