Bill Qiu is an experienced consultant with a robust background in application architecture and development, particularly in the financial and technology sectors. Since October 2013, Bill Qiu has served as a Senior Consultant at CPP Investment Board, while also working as a Consultant at CanDeal since October 2019. Prior positions include Senior Consultant roles at The Capital Markets Company Limited and Scotiabank, as well as various independent consulting roles focusing on JavaEE development and application architecture for organizations such as Research In Motion and the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. Bill Qiu holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from East China Normal University, earned between 1990 and 1994.
