Rachael Gillmor

Rachael Gillmor is a Clinical Trial Manager and Clinical Program Manager at Candel Therapeutics since March 2020, overseeing clinical program management for lung cancer trials, including milestone tracking and team management. Prior experience includes serving as a Clinical Research Associate for IND oncology trials at Candel Therapeutics and a Clinical Research Specialist-Team Lead at Boston Children's Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed protocol development and patient recruitment for FDA-regulated studies in Sports Medicine. Rachael also held the position of Laboratory Data Manager at Frontier Science & Technology Research Foundation, managing laboratory data for HIV clinical trials, and worked as a Chemistry Lab Teaching Assistant at SUNY Fredonia. Rachael’s early experience includes an internship in Forensic Biology at the Monroe County Crime Lab, focusing on DNA sample analysis. Rachael earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Genetics from the State University of New York at Fredonia in 2014.
